Training program of young people in difficulty in the tourism and hotel industry.
The Ecole Paul Dubrule is a Cambodian NGO which aims to provide training in the tourism and hotel industry.
Since 2002, the Paul Dubrule hotel school has been running programs for worthy young people including some from particularly underprivileged backgrounds. These students are offered a 10-month training program, alternating classroom periods with internships in companies. Depending on their capacities, they choose between the different courses offered by the school: cooking, restaurant, room division, bakery, pastry and tourism.
The Accor Foundation supported the training of 76 scholarship students from Phnom Penh dump.
* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.
« I am convinced of this school’s importance, of its real investment in sustainable human and social development. We realized how much this action was connected to their needs. »
