Support of young people in difficulty in their training thanks to interest-free loans.

Les Amis du Vietnam is an association created in 1992 which sets up sponsorship of poor, orphaned or disabled children so that they can receive an education that will take them from nursery school through to high school.

Since 2009, the association has implemented interest-free loans for young people to continue their studies after high school, so that they can get jobs in qualified sectors and earn a better salary.

The Accor Foundation* helped 25 disadvantaged youngsters to continue university studies by allowing them to take out interest-free loans.

* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.

«I mostly help out by organizing events to gain exposure and raise funds for the association. When I started working, I started sponsoring a young Vietnamese student through school, and the association keeps me up to date on how he is doing.”
