“Self-Confidence Workshop”: support of 45 young women in priority neighbourhoods in defining their career
Rêv’Elles, a French association founded in 2013, aims to promote equal opportunities and employability of young women from poor neighbourhoods by helping them build their career project, acquire tools to fulfil and develop their potential.
In March and April 2017, the teams of Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel organised a sale of chocolates for their guests. 100% of the proceeds went to the Rêv’Elles association, the operation’s partner, to fund actions to support young underprivileged women.
Through this fundraiser, Solidarity AccorHotels, which financially supports this action, has helped set up three “self-confidence” workshops for 45 young women enrolled in the “Rêv’Elles Ton Potentiel” programme, allowing them to define their career plans.
It was very important to all of us to commit to this solidarity action, to support young women from poor neighbourhoods. This fundraising action in favor of Rêv'Elles was a great "human adventure" and we wish to do it again!
