« Rallye pour l’Emploi en Touraine »: discovery of the world of work for people in difficulty in order to support their entry on the labor market.

CREPI Touraine, created in 1994, member of the national CREPI (Club Régionaux d’Entreprises Partenaires de l’Insertion) Federation, gather 60 companies involved in programs of insertion for unemployed people.

Each year since 2006, the CREPI Touraine carries out a “Rally for Employment” in order to allow 30 young people in difficulty to discover the various professions and fields with companies partnering with the association. By a group of 3 beneficiaries, trained by an employee from one of these companies, these young people follow a 3-day program. The Mercure Tour Sud took part in this program.

The Accor Foundation* supported the 2012 edition.

* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.
