Training of sick young people in the hospital.
L’enfant@l’hôpital is an association established in 1986 to harness computer technology in order to provide school support for children in hospitals.
80 Parisian hotel team members ran the 20 kms of Paris on 10 October 2010. They raised €2,000 for the L’enfant@l’hôpital association to buy laptops. These laptops are used by the association volunteers to provide school support for children at the Centre Hospitalier de Bullion (Yvelines, west of Paris).
The Accor Foundation* gave an additional support to buy four laptops.
* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.
«I am involved in this project, simply because it’s important to share once in a while, and because we have the human and technical wherewithal to do so. A sports event always works to marshal people around a cause. »
