Creation and equipment of a pasticceria area within their school to allow young people to develop new abilities to enter professional life.

Cooperativa Sociale In-Presa Onlus (In-Presa): Italian NGO, created in 1999, which aims to promote the business start-up in economically depressed communities as well as the training of young people in unstable situation.

For several years, the NGO has offered professional training programs to young people in difficulty in order to they become « Sous-chef ».  In 2012, the NGO created a pasticceria area in its training center in order to offer a new training to these young people to help them to find a job in the pastry sector.

The Accor Foundation* supported the creation and equipment of this pasticceria area which can welcome 62 young people in training during 1 year.

* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor.

I do believe in the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and I am proud to work for a Group like AccorHotels who strongly acts in this sense. This project, that helps disadvantaged people to find a “life path” through working in F&B, perfectly fits in my opinion to that challenge.
