Created in 2010, the Cultural Development Endowment Fund offers people in and around Nantes, normally excluded from cultural circles, the chance to benefit from permanent cultural schemes. It arranges educational activities to bring culture to as broad a public as possible, and to provide training for people from disadvantaged backgrounds in artistic workshops.
The Folles Journées de Nantes were held between 30 January and 3 February 2013.
