Training of 7 long-term unemployed persons to become digital designers
Efficience 59, is a French non-profit organization created in 2016.
If on average, the French unemployment rate is around 9.7%, the one for the Sambre-Avesnois region is currently of 15.5% ... meanwhile the demand for skilled workers in the field of digital is constantly increasing.
Based on this observation, Efficience 59 developed an innovative solution: opening a solidarity communication agency as an integration project. The aim is to use the digital field as a springboard to enable the long-term unemployed persons of Maubeuge-Val de Sambre get back into the job market in a dynamic field... where they are sure to find a place.
Mr. Djamel Limam, Receptionist at the ibis Budget Lille Center, reached out to Solidarity Accorhotels to help support this promising initiative. The creation of a solidarity communication agency, in the form of an integration project, will from the first year train 7 persons to become digital designers.
I decided to get involved in the Efficiency 59 project because I find the idea relevant and in tune with today's job market needs. Moreover, I think it is important to support organization on site when talking about social integration through training & employabilty .
