“Facilitating employment of young people”: support programme for young people facing difficulties finding a job.

Dynamique Emploi is a French association formed in 1977 which aims to help and provide assistance to people in difficulty by replying to employment and training-related questions. It is active in 40 towns in the Essonne region.

The situation for young people in the 16-25 age bracket is particularly difficult in this administrative region. Over 26% are unemployed (source: French Statistical Agency, 30 September 2014).

This is why Dynamique Emploi is implementing a specific programme to help young people using new tools: an interactive platform bringing jobseekers into contact with recruiters, IT training or even coaching sessions to prepare young people for recruitment interviews.

For the first time in 2015, Solidarity Accor is supporting Dynamique Emploi with the implementation of these new measures to help 150 young people find employment.
