Insertion and socialization of people in difficulty thanks to the training in construction trades and hospitality trades.
Chênelet, a French organization founded in 1992, is an insertion scheme which draws up and deploys some forty insertion trajectories for those on the fringes of the job market.
In 2013, as a new area of professional activity, hospitality, the organization set up a project to build 5 country lodges. The insertion program provided training for 20 people to build the lodges (training in hoisting techniques, straw insulation, erection of partitions, manufacture of eco-materials…) and for 15 people to operate the 5 new country lodges (training in reception, booking management, upkeep of facilities…).
In 2013, the Accor Foundation* supported the country lodges project by installing heating facilities, interior fittings and access for the handicapped.* In 2013, the Accor Foundation became Solidarity Accor
