With Le Club AccorHotels, loyalty goes hand in hand with solidarity!

It’s possible to show your solidarity by using Le Club Accorhotels points! The Group’s loyalty programme offers its members the possibility of transforming their Rewards points into financial donations to support Solidarity AccorHotels projects!

Since 2008, Solidarity AccorHotels has taken strong and consistent action in favour of professional inclusion and vocational training for populations facing great difficulties. More than 270 projects have been conducted in some 40 or so countries, in favour of more than 200,000 beneficiaries.

The endowment fund, through its partnership with Le Club AccorHotels, naturally offers members the ability to support these solidarity actions and initiatives in the field of vocational training and professional inclusion. Alongside other benefits such as winning room nights, gifts, benefits, etc., card holders can give meaning to their donation and support effective local initiatives.

This generosity, shared by AccorHotels teams and customers, upholds its cross-border hospitality of the heart policy.

How do these actions in favour of Solidarity AccorHoteks fit in with the Group of customer relations and loyalty strategy?

Le Club Accorhotels must convey the Group's strategy to the members. It was therefore reasonable, in the framework of the programme Burn offer*, to call on the generosity of those who wished to make a contribution to the funds collected for Solidarity AccorHotels.

Are we inviting card-holders to make a gesture for solidarity because that is the trend?

For us it is not a trend: it is the Group's policy to support solidarity actions in the countries in which it is based, and the loyalty programme contributes, like the hotels, to the practical implementation of this policy.

How will this action be maintained throughout the year in the global programme?

The first brick in the operation was actually to set up the partnership, in order to open the channel for members to donate their points to Solidarity AccorHotels. We will work to develop this partnership with the members, for instance by communicating regularly on the actions undertaken with their donations. 


*The « Burn » program allows Le Club Accorhotels members to gather points and use them with companies linked by a partnership with AccorHotels.
